1. General

By placing an order with Hols In Bloom, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website, social media platforms or direct enquiry.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
 

2. Orders

Orders for bouquets may be placed directly through our website. All other services, including sympathy tributes, events and bloom bar hire, are available via enquiry only.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.
 

3. Flower Availability & Substitutions

As flowers are seasonal and subject to availability, certain stems or colours may occasionally need to be substituted.

Where substitutions are required, we will always aim to maintain the overall style, colour palette and value of the arrangement.

Images shown on the website are for inspiration and reference only. As flowers are natural products, every arrangement may vary slightly.
 

4. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
 

5. Delivery

We offer local delivery within selected areas. Delivery availability and pricing will be confirmed at checkout.

While we always aim to deliver within the requested timeframe, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • flowers may be left in a safe place where appropriate;

  • left with a neighbour;

  • or returned for re-delivery, which may incur an additional charge.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details provided are accurate.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information supplied at checkout.
 

6. Collection Orders

Customers selecting collection will receive confirmation once their order is ready.

Orders must be collected on the agreed date and within the arranged collection timeframe.
 

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or amendments may be offered at our discretion where sufficient notice is given.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection with photographs where possible.

We will always do our best to resolve any concerns fairly and promptly.
 

8. Events & Enquiries

For event florals, collaborations, bloom bar hire and bespoke services, bookings are confirmed only once details have been agreed and any requested deposit has been received.

Additional terms may be provided depending on the nature of the booking.
 

9. Allergies & Care

Flowers and foliage are natural products and may cause allergies or irritation in some individuals.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure arrangements are kept in suitable conditions and cared for appropriately after delivery or collection.
 

10. Intellectual Property

All images, branding and content on this website remain the property of Hols In Bloom and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
 

11. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through our website or enquiry forms will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

We will never share your information with third parties unless required to fulfil your order or by law.
